By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable. If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

All brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Beachwheels NZ for their use by any person other than the said holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of Beachwheels NZ or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Beachwheels NZ limited prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranty
We endeavour to present you with accurate and trustworthy information at all times, we cannot however guarantee that every piece of information on our web site is up to date and accurate at all times.
In addition, the website does include content provided by third parties and users - content we distribute, we do not publish. The statements and advice offered by third parties are not necessarily those of Beachwheels NZ.
Orders
All pricing displayed and quoted is New Zealand Dollar with GST included unless otherwise stated.
We ensure security of all credit card transactions performed on the site with use of encryption technology. We will validate your order and credit, or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will acknowledge that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the address provided in your order form.
Beachwheels NZ will not be held responsible for orders that are declined. Any products which have been ordered, in the case of non-supply, we will make an explanation for our decision available to you.
Delivery Policy
We only deliver to registered addresses in New Zealand and do not ship overseas. New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post Couriers and Aramex Couriers, and we will provide track and trace information to you.
Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order in writing, provided it has not already shipped.
If your order is a custom made order;
a. The cost of materials already committed for any custom requests will still be charged
b. And the cost of labour or third party supplier services for any work done to date will not be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact info@beachwheels.co.nz to discuss the return and eligibility for returning the goods received. Should we accept the return, the product needs to be in its original packaging. You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable on the website unless it has been damaged during delivery or the wrong product has been delivered.
If you would like to exchange your item please get in touch and we will confirm if the new item is available.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed , less a 10% cancellation fee for Paypal and Credit Card transactions.
All refunds will exclude any shipping costs incurred.
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you have ordered something and received the wrong product, we apologise and you are more than welcome to an exchange or refund. Please contact us via email at info@beachwheels.co.nz
