How often should my powerchair be serviced?
We recommend a full service after six months of purchasing your mobility scooter or powered wheelchair and then every 12 months to ensure it is working as it should be. If you are using your vehicle every day then regular servicing is the best form of insurance against breakdown.

We have a technician in Auckland and use service agents throughout the rest of NZ. We only service our products. The timing of the repair may depend upon the availability of replacement parts and components. Contact us via info@beachwheels.co.nz for more information. 

In Between Servicing

• Ensure your batteries are charged regularly, (even when not in use), see your battery care guide for more information.
• Check your tyre pressure regularly. Tyre pressure affects both the tyres performance and lifespan. They will also affect a scooters range, handling and braking performance.

Please note, we do not hold spare parts for older end of line products so may need to source your parts from the origin supplier globally.
