Delta Run

The Delta Run is based on our hugely popular Delta All-Terrain Buggy chassis and has been adapted and improved to make it more suited for running. Larger diameter high quality front 16" and rear 24" wheels help to reduce rolling resistance.

• The rear axle is higher than the standard model which gives increased ground clearance and more space for the pusher and is fully adjustable so that the balance point of the frame can be changed to set the stability.
• Independent rear brakes and an adjustable handle give the pusher full control and make the Delta Run very easy to steer at speed. 
• The standard road wheels are great for high speed races on hard surfaces while the optional off-road wheels will handle mixed terrain and trail running.  
• It has a different frame than the standard Delta Buggy, which makes it possible to mount 24” wheels. There is a built-in adjustment option in the frame which ensures that the frame runs straight even if you run and push from the side.
• It also has a different lightweight footrest with greater wheel clearance
• And dual position fork lugs that allow for a choice of tilt position as well as keeping the option of using the Trail cycle conversion on the Run frame.  

The Delta Run - designed to go the distance!
The Delta Run has been used extensively by athletes in marathons and half marathons but is equally at home at a parkrun or for gentle jogs with the family.  With the off-road wheels fitted it will double up as a go anywhere outdoor wheelchair perfect for country walks too.  The optional Delta Trail cycle conversion makes the Delta suitable for triathletes who can use a Delta Run for both the running and cycling stages of their race.

The Delta Run can be ordered with lightweight on-road running wheels or with off-road wheels perfect for trail running and all terrain adventures. Or you can purchase both sets to cover all running and outdoor adventures. 

Available in Medium (M1 and M2) , Large (L1 and L2) and XL. 

All the Delta Buggy Accessories listed here work with the Delta Run, except the Beach Wheels and the Duo All Terrain Wheels.

Cycle Trailer Conversion Option

The Delta Trail Cycle trailer attachment is compatible with the Medium and Large Delta Run frames which makes it an ideal choice for triathlons as well as general cycling use.  This allows you to quickly and easily convert your Delta into a cycle trailer to tow behind an adult bike. The kit includes a towing bar which mounts to the saddle post of the bike and the buggy, and a roll over bar for the buggy. The front wheel is removed to fit the towing bar, but can be stored in the under basket and refitted quickly on arrival at your destination.  For more information click here.
